The great thing about this hub over the others is that it delivers power, so it means if you use it on the power input USB C input instead of your regular charger it will not only charge your laptop, but will also keep your USB devices from going to sleep!
Before, I used one on the output side and every time my laptop went to sleep, the printer and the mouse and keyboard wouldn't wake up and would stop working and I would have to reboot to get them going again. Because this one is on the Power side, the USB has power all the time, even when the Laptop is asleep, so all works great!
Only problem I found with the hub was that my laptop gives a warning in the bottom right notification area (battery icon) and it says "Battery status 99% remaining, weak charging state, please check power charger". At first, I was worried about this and thought I would send the item back. But I have been using it for a week now and the battery is always at 99%, so that's only 1% loss over the 100% and all works fine, so I'm not worried about that. Also the box doesn't get hot at all, so that's a good thing.
Audio works well, HDMI too, USBs are great, I haven't checked the Ethernet or VGA sockets, but I expect they probably work well.
This is a really good box, excellent value for money, I got 1920 x 1080 from the HDMI, not sure if it goes higher, but I am a genuine purchaser, I didn't get a free product and I think its well worth the money I paid. It also has 2 SD card slots which work great too. Laptop recognises when they are plugged in, as it does the audio and everything else. This box is really well made, highly recommended.
5 star product.Arrives in premium packaging with a protective cover for the usb c end.Works better than others as I can set my external display to 144 hz and use my mouse without input delay.3 usb ports are very handy to people like me who have lots of external devices plugged in and also has a VGA input and Ethernet.I really like the design of the item as it’s sleek yet has personality.This hub is better than 99% of the cheap ones at amazon and performs better aswell from my experience.
Chilltech's designs love transparent covers, and this is no exception. If you've ever wondered what the inside of a USB C hub looks like, now you can find out! There are also screws if you want to remove the cover for some reason.
There's no much missing from its list of ports, including having a 3.5mm audio port. There are USB C hubs with more than two video out and/or DisplayPort, but if you don't need those, this is an excellent choice.

The middle one is unusual, but it works.
About my only complaint is that there's no easy way to distinguish between the single USB 3 port and the two USB 2 ones - all three have the blue connector. You have to remember that the fast one is nearest the cable...
This product comes inside a plastic-wrapped cardboard box; once opened, you'll find this product and an instruction manual. As of review, this product costs £19.99 - I think this pricing is worth around this amount due to the wide range of uses and the build quality.
This product connects using a USB C port - luckily, I have a USB C port on my PC and Laptop so that I can use this in either setting; it connects and detects all of the different connections flawlessly, and there isn't any error in connecting or detecting USB sticks and SD Cards - the transfer speed isn't changed massively (but due to the way PC's work, it will be slightly slower than if you didn't use this)
it comes with a protective cap for the USB C side of the product, this is very good to keep dust out.
I like this product's see-through/transparent panel; it is exciting to see how it works while being in use - if you don't like this, the other side of the product is entirely black, so turn it around if you don't want to see it. I do.
This product supports a maximum of 100w fast charging for laptops; this is also a convenient feature to have in this product.
One thing I would recommend to improve this product would be having indicated lights when a specific port is being used - it currently doesn't have this feature, making it much easier to tell how many spare parts you have left with something like this.
I recommend this product; it has an excellent design and works flawlessly - it is slightly bulky to carry around in a laptop case, but 100% worth it due to the number of different ports on this product
I’ve been using this dock for a week and I didn’t realise what I’ve been missing out on. I can not hook my laptop up to two devices. I sometimes switch between my two monitors or hook it up to my TV for a 4K video output.
I use a 100w power bank to supply power to my laptop and this dock allows for 100w pass through which is handy for me.
